How to have a flat belly in 30 seconds or less!

1. When train is near, lie down on your back with knees bent, feet outside the tracks, and head resting comfortably on the rail. Make sure your body is perpendicular to the tracks.
2. Activate your core by pulling in your navel and keeping your back pressed down. Then cross your arms over your chest, lower your chin to your chest, and curl up so that the backs of your shoulders are off the track. Hold for 5 seconds, then slowly lower your head and shoulders.
3. Repeat until train arrives. [Source]
If only it was that easy!
Remember when I made this goal and promise to myself a few months ago? Well, I'm sad and unsurprised to say that I haven't really followed any of them.
At all.
So I'm still fat and squishy, lumpy and dumpy. My little buddha belly is still as round as ever and the cellulite has set up camp and is in for the long haul.
Now MF is telling people he's getting hitched this August. The problem is that I'm fat and because I'm a vain little monkey, I MUST tone up so that I look like a lean, mean, dancing machine . Therefore, I need to lose 15-20 pounds in less than 2 months.
Suffice to say, I need help. Major help.
So tell me all your weight loss tips, tricks and advice. Especially how to get a flat belly & toned arms and legs quickly, easily, & painlessly (I can wish can't I?).
Please, keep in mind that I LOVE junk food and therefore would be VERY hard for me to switch diets. And I hate exercise. All of them.
With that in mind, hit me with all you got.

Okay, Dreamer,
Bad news first: it is very unlikely that you will lose 15-20 pounds in the next 2 months.
Good news second: you can lose 5-8 pounds if you stick to the goals in your original posting (they are excellent, by the way).
Great news third: if you do weight/resistance training, you can tighten up, especially around the middle, and give the illusion of losing 1 dress size (the equivalent of 10lbs. or so).
No matter what, don't starve yourself, it will mean more pounds.

Omg. Don't dash my hopes Aya. If I starve myself and lose the 15-20 in time for the wedding...I'm okay with balloning after that.
Like I said.
I'm pretty vain. :)

Honey, we are ALL vain, I spent a week shopping for an outfit when my cousin and her snooty husband said they're coming to town.
Don't, don't, don't starve yourself. You will balloon long before the wedding :). Not to mention dull eyes and hair, dry skin, moody temperament, and a general tipsiness. I'm warnin' ya, sista-friend, don't make me get all ebonics on you.

Wishful thinking is the way to go. LoL @ I LOVE junk food and hate exercise.
Your only chance is to join a gym and work out pretty hard in the next couple of months.

Oh Dreamer,
I definitely feel your pain - I am one of the laziest people you could ever meet. I don't do gym and don't think I ever will.
But I agree with Aya and everyone else, don't try starving yourself - never works. Unfortunately, your best option right now is working out and trying to keep away from the junk food.
Good luck with it.

Thanks for the input peeps. For now I'll go easy and do something that I can actually keep up with. Walk for an hour each day - then jog, than maybe run.
Maybe. lol

Dreamer,
I feel you, I feel the same way. I am desperately trying to lose weight too and i could do anything and i mean anything to shade and keep those dinky donks away.Listen to Aya,take slow steps and dont be harsh to your self. Make sure you have enough nutrients(Fibre, protein, vit) in your body to keep you healthy and not malnourished.

Liposuction! Ok I am kidding, but seriously erm ............I got no tips that I can promise will work but I can say this. Why don't you make a conscious decision to watch your food choices. When you feel the urge to eat something sweet grab a fruit, when you go the munchies grab some nuts. Just lil substitutions go a long way. As for working out, always pick an activity you love. This way you make sure you don't quit quickly. If its dancing set up a schedule to dance half an hour each day in your room. Mix it up with latin to tone your abs to reggea for glutes and hamstrings. Most important of all drink plenty of liquids. Always have a bottle of water at hand to stave off hunger pangs.
PS:- Listen to your bodies needs. Most of us are out of sync with our bodies. Tune in and when it tells you it wants a brownie, give it a brownie but moderation is the key. Treating yourself is not a bad thing as long as you don't do it all the time.

Yeah, a couple of pple told me to drink water too (I dont..always fruit juices or tea). So I'm gonna try to drink a glass before each meal at least - so I'm forced to eat a small portion.

^^I don't drink water either cause of the taste. I usually add crystal light or drink flavored water to get hydrated. I think the flavored water is great and only packs 5-10 calories or less.
