Why are bad habits...
… so hard to break? I have a couple that I always try to break but can’t seem to. I would stop doing them for a while and then out of nowhere I see myself reverting back to old habits. I make lists, make promises, but nothing seems to work. I know that one of the first things one has to do is remove themselves (even temporarily) from the place that brings the worst in them - and I can’t seem to do that. Is it because it’s hard or is it because I’m lazy and not really ready for it deep down inside? I would like to think it’s the former but I think I know on some level that it’s the latter.
I really hope to change. It’s not good when you look into the mirror and you don’t like the person looking back at you.
